Choose from 3 semi-custom 8.5″ x 11″ page layouts. Each includes your property’s logo, colors, website, email address, and phone number. Floor plan names, bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage are displayed for each floor plan. If supplied, dimensions can be added as well.
Disclaimer added by default. Fair Housing and ADA symbols added by request. Crop marks and 0.125″ bleed included (print industry standard). Minimum quantity of 3 ordered per property.
Once approved, the Standard Page Layouts will be available for downloading in JPG format for use online and in PDF format ready for print marketing.

Page Layouts are completed after your 2D or 3D Floor Plans project is approved. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to receive proofs. Rush projects can have proofs ready as quickly as 1-3 business days. Multi-property projects can take several weeks to months.
No! Unlike many studios, we offer unlimited rounds of changes until you approve. However, for Page Layouts, certain limitations apply to custom requests. Customizations are limited to the text color, logo, square footage, contact info, unit name, number of bedrooms and baths, disclaimer, and dimensions per room if supplied.
Unfortunately, we cannot design a fully customized template. Our Templated Page Layouts are semi-custom. Customizations are limited to the text color, logo, square footage, contact info, unit name, number of bedrooms and baths, disclaimer, and dimensions per room if supplied.
Yes. Our Page Layouts have been used anywhere a traditional photo can be used.
Yes, a 0.125″ bleed is included on the print PDF. Further, crop marks are visible on the print PDFs as well.
