The project at Woodburn Exchange (renderings below) is a redevelopment of a mixed-use residential and commercial space in Cincinnati. Originally known as the Cincinnati Bell Woodburn Exchange, the site housed phone operators for the East Walnut Hills neighborhood. The property consists of two buildings expanding over 6.2 acres. It features 322 studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, 15k SF of street-level retail, structured parking, a fitness center, a pool, and an impressive amenity package, all located in the heart of the historic East Walnut Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati.
