Landmark Student Housing Portfolio

Landmark Properties is a privately-owned real estate firm based in Athens, Georgia. Their team specializes in the development, acquisition, and management of high-quality student housing communities across the United States. Founded in 2004, they have since grown to become one of the largest student housing companies in the country, with over 75 properties and 50,000+ beds under management.

The marketing team at Landmark Properties engaged 3DPlans.com to create 3d floor plans for 40+ of their properties. Student housing is a specialized market with many properties offering fully furnished units. To accommodate this need, custom 3d furniture models were created to match on-site pieces. This allowed the 3d floor plans to more clearly communicate the unit furniture layouts.

The project shown below is Marshall Rochester, a student housing community located in Rochester, New York. It is situated near the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and the University of Rochester (UR), making it an ideal location for students. The community offers a variety of floor plans, including studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, as well as townhomes. The apartments are fully furnished and come with a variety of amenities, such as modern appliances, in-unit laundry, and high-speed internet.
